Ann Creighton has run her shop for many years.  Her customers come
from all over R.I. and S.E.MA.   
Ann carries the very best natural fibers, many that are not obtainable else where especially those yarns for unique projects such as evening sweaters and dresses, unique European designed Coats
some of which knit in mohair that look like fur. If you are looking for the unique yarn for that special holiday, party or wedding outfit the Yarn Gazebo will have it.
She also carries all the "good" natural fibers we are all use to. Especially wools
that are used for all the classic sweaters we knit.  I bought the yarn for my beautiful Elizabeth Zimmermann Bavarian Jacket there--and it is a work of art.
For new knitters, people knitting for children, and afghan knitters she also carries a wide range of washable fibers.
Her collection of patterns is truly unique.  She has an extensive library of patterns
for all your knitting projects.
Many Rhode Island shops have closed in recent years, but the Yarn Gazebo is as 
busy as the local milk store since the owner caters to all the knitters needs from instruction on difficult technique, the new knitters questions, and the materials from unique buttons, the newest needle types, and the most
beautiful yarns for every need.  
Visiting the Gazebo is like coming into a group of old friends, you can browse at leisure without pressure to buy, 
Visit and chat with the various knitters who are usually found sitting at the table as you enter, or talk with Ann herself a true gem of a person whose gentle individual attention will draw you to her not only as an expert knitter but as a friend.
