The Around the Bay Knitting Guild meets the first Tuesday of each month from September to June at the Marlatt Family Centre, 195 King Street West in Dundas Ontario. Meetings are from 7:00-9:00 pm. Yearly membership is $25. Knitters of all skill levels are welcome. Workshops and guest speakers are scheduled throughout the year.

The Knit Cafe's Sunday Nite Sit, Sip 'n' Knit (SSK) meets the second and fourth Sunday, October through March. April through September we meet the second Sunday night only. We are a social club for knitting enthusiasts. Doesn't matter how well you knit, we'd love to meet you! We gather in a cozy corner of The Staircase Cafe Theatre, home of Hamilton's most innovative vegetarian menu (not to mention wonderful cocktails, great desserts, and fancy coffees). We start to gather around 6.30 pm until 9ish (7-9 in the summer). Knitters may stay for the live music that starts in the cafe around 9.00 pm. Free membership, no obligation--just a fun night out with a bunch of friendly people. Bring your string, your sticks and $$$ for cafe goodies. We welcome all ages, all skill levels, women *and* men!

Canadian Guild of Knitters was formed in November of 2002. We publish Knit Together four times per year, and are developing a Knitting Accreditation Program for our members.
We're National, so there are no meetings, but we do communicate knitting related information.

The Kawartha Hooks and Needles Guild meets the second and fourth Thrusdays of the month from September to June. Membership is $35 for one year.Our motto is: learn, share and give. This is a Canada-wide guild "for the preservation and furtherance of knitting in Canada". It publishes Knitters' Forum quarterly, and provides a Master Knitter Program for members.
