We meet once a month, usually the first Tuesday of the month, barring any squash games, tournaments, bingos, etc. There are no dues; we just knit and exchange ideas. We do boast 2 Master Knitters from the The Knitting Guild of Canada.

This is a new group that meets every Tuesday evening 7:30-9:30 in room 321 of the YWCA. In an informal setting, participants can learn new techniques, work on their own projects, or create toques, mitts and scarves for Thompson's "Coats for Kids" organization. There are no fees. Much acrylic yarn has been donated, but there is a great need for leftover wool and needles and other knitting tools. One technique, or aspect of knitting is covered every week.
